How claim credits work

A claim credit is spent each time a member completes a quest. Most quests cost 1 credit per claim no matter how many regular tasks they contain. Tasks that need X (Twitter) validation add credits, and the quest editor shows the exact cost per claim before you publish. Your monthly allowance is always used first and resets every month; usage beyond it is covered by prepaid credits at $15 per 1,000 on Standard and $12 per 1,000 on Plus.

Yes. A full quest campaign runs on the Free plan at $0 platform cost, with no credit card required. You get 5,000 quest claims per month, unlimited community members, bot protection, and all integrations. You only pay when you want analytics, X quest tasks, a listing on Zealy, or more than 5,000 claims a month.

Zealy's Free plan, at $0 per month. It covers 5,000 quest claims per month with bot protection included, so an ordinary growth campaign costs nothing in platform fees. Rewards you choose to give your community are separate and paid by you.

A claim credit is consumed each time a member completes a quest. Most claims cost 1 credit no matter how many regular tasks the quest contains. Tasks that require X (Twitter) validation add credits — a tweet or follow adds 1, an X Premium check adds 2, a like reaction adds 3 — and the quest editor shows the total per claim before you publish.

You'll be asked to upgrade, with a 7-day grace period the first time so you can arrange payment. If you choose not to upgrade, new quest claims pause until your monthly allowance resets. Nothing is deleted.

Usage beyond your monthly allowance is covered by prepaid claim credits, sold in packs of 1,000 at $15 per 1,000 on Standard and $12 per 1,000 on Plus. Your included allowance is always used first and resets monthly. You can buy credits manually or enable auto top-up from Settings > Community > Billing.

Crypto payment is available on yearly Enterprise plans, which are offered to selected partners. Standard and Plus are paid by card through Stripe.

Enterprise is for high-volume communities and agencies managing several projects. It includes unlimited claim credits, unlimited exports, a dedicated account manager, 15 homepage promotion days per month, a Telegram and X booster package, and the option to pay with crypto. It is billed annually and priced individually.

Yes — agencies and teams running several communities are covered by the Enterprise & Agencies plan, which is priced individually. Contact us through the Enterprise plan in settings to discuss it.

Communities are listed on Zealy once they are verified, and verification comes with the Standard, Plus, or Enterprise plans. Projects are reviewed and verified within 48 hours of upgrading.

Plus includes 4 promotion days per month and Enterprise includes 15. You schedule them yourself from Settings > Billing.

Yes. Click Downgrade on the Free plan to cancel. You won't be charged on the next billing cycle and your paid access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
