We believe that we are shifting towards a new era, where motions are bottom-up, driven by individual and community contributions. A world where every customer has the power to contribute, create, and change the game.
Platforms such as Notion, Figma, and Roblox are leading this change by actively involving their users in contributing and making a difference.

We care about crafting exceptional software products. We like to work as a small team with people who are excited about what they do. Everyone here is always trying to get better, learn more, and become an expert in what they do.
Zealy is a remote-first team, following the European timezone with really light processes. We encourage focusing on deep work without distractions and turning off notifications. For important decisions, we prefer writing things down async on Notion.
