Zaps are Zealy’s internal points system—designed to reward contributors, boost reputation, and unlock special rewards like lootboxes. They’re the most popular reward in the ecosystem because they’re managed and distributed directly by Zealy.

Zaps are easy to set up, guaranteed to be delivered, and can even help your contributors qualify for exclusive airdrops.

What are Zaps?

Zaps are points that users earn by completing quests in your community. They can be traded in the Reward Hub for lootboxes containing surprise rewards such as:

• Crypto
• Tokens
• NFTs
• Stablecoins
• And more...

The total number of Zaps earned by a user also acts as a reputation score and will later be used to qualify contributors for exclusive airdrops.

How to buy Zaps

Zaps cost 1 cent each (USD). You can buy them from your Billing page under your community settings.

If your balance reaches 0:

• Any quests offering Zaps are automatically drafted
• You’ll receive an email alert to refill your balance
