Visibility on Zealy depends on:

• Your plan
• Your reward types
• Your campaign setup

This page explains where visibility comes from and how to appear in each section.

Free Plan = No Visibility

Communities on the Free plan are not promoted, regardless of content, rewards or activity.

• Not listed on Explore
• Not in Earn
• Not in Sprints carousel
• Not in New Communities

To gain visibility, you should be on Standard, Plus, or Enterprise.

Visibility Options (Paid Plans)

1. New Communities Section ✨

Requirements:

• Community created within the last 7 days
• On any paid plan (Standard / Plus / Enterprise)

Refresh: Every 24h

Note: If your community is older than 7 days, it will not appear on this page.

2. Guaranteed Rewards / Earn Page

Shows individual quests (not sprints).

To appear here:

• Reward type must be USDC or Zaps (managed by Zealy)
• Token, XP, or custom/manual rewards are not displayed here

Sorting:

• USDC quests at top (ranked by USDC per winner)
• Zaps quests below (ranked by Zaps per winner)

3. Sprints Carousel

Shows upcoming or live sprints on the homepage.

Option A: Sprint with USDC or Zaps Pool (managed by Zealy)

• Visible for the entire duration of the sprint
• Ranked by pool size
  • USDC pools appear first, sorted by USDC amount
  • Zaps pools appear after USDC, sorted by Zaps amount

Option B: Sprint with Custom Reward (managed by community)

• Visible only for the first 3 days after launch
• After 3 days it is removed from the carousel
• Custom reward sprints are always ranked below USDC and Zaps pools

4. Trendy Communities

Algorithmic placement.

Ranks communities with the highest number of claims + joins in the past 24 hours.

• Refreshes daily at 00:00 UTC
• Only the top communities appear

Tip: Activity drives visibility here. The more users complete quests, the higher you rank.

5. Promoted Category (Plus / Enterprise)

This is a premium visibility slot on the Zealy homepage.

When you book a Promoted Category slot:

• Your community appears in the "Promoted Category" section on the homepage
• Up to 12 communities can be shown at the same time
• The section refreshes every 1 hour and randomized on each refresh (to ensure fairness)

Available only on Plus and Enterprise plans

Book it via Community Settings → Billing → Book Promotion

6. Inline Banner (Enterprise)

• Banner placed inside the platform
• Available only on an Enterprise Level

7. Pop-up Banner (Enterprise)

• Pop-up shown to users when they enter Zealy
• Available only on an Enterprise Level

Best Practices

• Use USDC or Zaps rewards (quests and sprints)
• Run sprints with pools, not custom rewards
• Launch your community on a paid plan to appear in New Communities
• Drive daily claim activity to rank in Trending
• Plus/Enterprise unlock higher visibility (Promoted, Banners)
