Overview

Add rewards for the actions to motivate contributors to complete quests and level up in the leaderboard.

Basics

Reward types

• XP: will make the users level up, and rank higher in the leaderboard and the sprint. The XP will be automatically given when a quest is successfully claimed. To calculate the levels see the calculator.
• Role: reward users with a Discord role. The role will be automatically given when a quest is successfully claimed if the user has connected a Discord account and is present on your server.
• Token: reward users with tokens. You need to distribute the rewards manually after winners have been decided.
• Zaps: Zaps are our internal points system. Users earn them by completing quests and can spend them on lootboxes with rewards like tokens, memecoins, and NFTs. Zaps also build user reputation and will qualify contributors for future airdrops. When a quest includes Zaps, it's automatically listed on the Earn page (if the reward method is set to all, FCFS, or raffle with conditions).
• USDC: Reward users with USDC (USD Coin), a stable cryptocurrency. USDC rewards are automatically distributed when a quest is successfully claimed and the reward is managed and guaranteed by Zealy. When a quest includes USDC, it's automatically listed on the Earn page (if the reward method is set to all, FCFS, or raffle with conditions). You can recharge your community USDC balance in the community billing settings. Note: USDC gets locked when you create quests to guarantee payment to users. Learn more about USDC balance management.
• Other:: for any rewards that we don't currently support you can specify them here.

Earn Page Visibility

Quests with Zaps or USDC rewards are automatically featured on the Earn page based on their reward method:

• All & FCFS methods: Always featured when rewards are available
• Raffle method: Featured only when meeting quality criteria:
  • Minimum total value of $100 USD or 10,000 Zaps across all raffle rewards
  • Quest must end within 7 days from the current date

This ensures that only high-value, time-sensitive raffles are promoted to users on the Earn page.

Rewards methods

The rewards methods are how rewards are distributed to your users once a quest is completed. You can choose between 4 methods:

• All
• First Come, First Served (FCFS)
• Raffle
• Top

Configure rewards

On the quest editor, click ‘Add reward’ on the properties panel on the right. Select the desired reward type and fill in the requested info.

In order to configure a role reward you must first connect our bot in the ‘Automation’ tab.
