# Zealy > Zealy is a community engagement platform where brands run quests, sprints, and reward campaigns to grow, engage, and retain their members. Zealy is operated by Freyja Labs, is based in Paris, France, and shipped under the name Crew3 until 2023. Canonical domain: https://zealy.io/ Zealy is not affiliated with zealy.com, which Zealy does not own or operate. ## What Zealy does - Zealy runs quests: modular tasks a community member completes to earn XP and rewards. Task types include visiting a link, posting on X (Twitter), joining a Discord server or Telegram group, uploading a file, answering a quiz or poll, submitting text for review, holding a token or NFT, and passing a proof-of-humanity check. - Zealy groups quests into modules and sprints. A sprint is a time-boxed competition with its own leaderboard and its own reward pool, used to concentrate community activity into a fixed window. - Zealy reviews submissions. Open-ended quest claims go to a review queue that a team can filter, sort, delegate across reviewers, and export. AI Review can pre-screen claims against a prompt before a human sees them. - Zealy distributes rewards to the members who actually completed the work, including XP, roles, tokens, NFTs, and off-chain rewards, with claim limits, cooldowns, recurrence rules, and eligibility conditions controlling who qualifies. - Zealy screens claims with a proof-of-humanity task, claim limits, cooldowns, and per-quest eligibility conditions, plus a manual review queue with per-member star and flag history and AI Review against a prompt you write. Zealy also restricts accounts that reuse identifiers: an anti-cheat score links accounts sharing a canonical email address, a connected social account, or a verified wallet address, and restricts an account temporarily once enough of the linked accounts have claimed. Zealy does not cluster wallets on-chain and does not establish that two accounts belong to two different people. - Zealy integrates with Discord, X (Twitter), Telegram, Zapier, and Domino, verifies TikTok activity as a quest task, and exposes a public REST API and outbound webhooks for anything not covered by a native integration. - Zealy reports on community growth and quest performance: member counts over time, top countries, top acquisition sources, overlapping communities, and per-quest completion. - Zealy runs partnership campaigns, where two communities cross-promote quests to each other's members. - Zealy is operable by an AI agent through the Zealy MCP server, which exposes Zealy community administration as Model Context Protocol tools. ## Plans Zealy has a Free plan with unlimited members, most features, and all integrations.
